The ideal candidate will independently manage sophisticated matters, contribute to client relationships, and help grow the practice across offices.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of defense-side complex litigation experience.
• Experience with trade secrets, restrictive covenants or unfair competition.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial and employment litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft and respond to cease-and-desist letters involving departures, covenants, and trade secret disputes.
• Lead or support emergency and expedited litigation matters including TROs and preliminary injunctions.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery, e-discovery, and document review strategies.
• Coordinate electronic discovery and forensic evidence issues.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Lead or play a significant role in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with litigation teams across offices.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
