Overview

• The role requires significant experience managing sophisticated defense-side complex litigation matters independently, with a strong interest in business development and long-term practice growth.
• Specific responsibilities include handling restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation from inception through resolution; preparing and responding to cease and desist letters; prosecuting and/or defending temporary orders, special injunctions, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery; drafting and responding to pleadings; managing written and electronic discovery (including e-discovery and forensics strategy); drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions; taking and defending depositions; and leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials.
• The associate will also mentor junior attorneys, collaborate with litigation teams, and contribute to a national practice group.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar is required.
