Position Title: Midlevel to Senior Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Litigator

Salary Range: $210,000 - $270,000 / Year DOE

Midlevel to Senior Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Litigator Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Defend employers in complex wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts
• Manage written discovery and prepare key motions, including class certification

Midlevel to Senior Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Litigator Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in trade secret litigation
• Experience with restrictive covenants and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief
• Proficient in drafting temporary restraining orders and complaints in federal and state courts
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with computer forensics and e-discovery issues is preferred
