Qualifications

• 10+ years of USAF BD or sales experience focusing on manufacturing, additive, 3D printing, CNC, or machining.
• Strong DoD/DoW network focused on USAF.
• Deep knowledge of defense procurement policies and FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Shape requirements and capture strategies to win high-value DoD contracts.
• Lead pipeline development from market shaping to executive engagement.
• Drive modern manufacturing capabilities into Air Force modernization programs.
