Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor or quality management role.
• Experience with structured problem solving and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Escalate and classify defect excursions using advanced metrology to determine morphology and distribution.
• Lead root cause investigations to isolate tool, process step, or material causing excursions.
• Chair cross‑functional War Room meetings to drive containment and inspection strategies.
