Strata Decision Technology, LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Analyst for our FP&A team to drive accurate expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner with finance leaders to translate activity into insights that guide growth and cost discipline.

You'll build models, prepare variance analyses, and support resource allocation across software, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring data accuracy and scalable processes.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting with expense planning focus.
• Experience with forecast variance, cost-center reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance expense forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly expense reporting with variance analysis.
• Partner with leaders to develop spending forecasts and cost visibility.
• Analyze software, infrastructure, commissions, marketing, travel expenses.
• Build scenarios and business cases for spending tradeoffs.
• Improve recurring reporting through templates, automation, and systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, People, Technology to ensure data accuracy.
