Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, decision support, or a related data-focused field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, reconcile, profile, and interpret large datasets.
• Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience building and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding reporting, analytics, campaign management, and business intelligence solutions.
• Translate client business objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, consultation, and issue resolution.
• Present findings, recommendations, and insights to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
• Analyze large volumes of marketing, campaign, media, and customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop, maintain, validate, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Investigate data anomalies and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, operational performance, data integrity, and customer satisfaction.
• Convert complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
• Support campaign execution, monitoring, and analysis and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex production, reporting, and data-related issues.
• Support data workflows, automation, and reporting process improvements.
• Work within Adobe, iHub, GCP, BigQuery, and other data environments to validate reporting results.
• Document methodologies, reporting processes, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior and senior analysts and help remove operational barriers.
