Acxiom is seeking a senior Decision Support Analyst to partner with clients and internal teams, transforming marketing and customer data into actionable insights and reporting solutions. You will analyze large datasets, validate results, and drive data-driven decision making across Adobe, iHub, GCP, and BigQuery.

The role emphasizes client-facing work, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement in a remote/home-based setup with strong data governance and SLAs.

Formación

• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, BI, decision support, or related data-focused field.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, reconcile data, and interpret results.
• Experience translating findings into client-facing recommendations and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience building recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary client contact for reporting, analytics, and BI solutions.
• Translate client objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports across platforms.
• Monitor data quality, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide Tier 2 support for data-related issues and process improvements.
