Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science, Data Science or related field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills.
• Strong statistics and advanced analytics knowledge including A/B testing and predictive modeling.
• Experience with causal inference to evaluate programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes.
• Provide quantitative sizing for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across Signify's functions and with analytics leaders.
• Present analysis to ELT and executive leadership.
