Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years building and operating large-scale production systems with data-intensive platforms.
• 2+ years implementing reinforcement learning or decision systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python 3.x and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience with distributed frameworks (Ray RLlib) and data pipelines (Databricks, PySpark).
• Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and operate ML and decisioning pipelines for production.
• Focus on MLOps, feature engineering, scoring workflows, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, platform engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, auditable systems.
• Diagnose failure modes and ensure models meet safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
