Job summary

Kearney & Company in Dayton, OH seeks a DEAMS Deployment and Training Senior Analyst to support worldwide DEAMS deployment, sustainment, and day-to-day operations for AF major commands and bases. The role blends technical and functional duties with training delivery, data analysis, and task coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years' experience (2+ in DEAMS), proficiency with MS Excel/Access, and the ability to brief senior leaders. Travel up to 50% may be required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with at least 2 years in DEAMS.
• Experience in AF Funds Control, Accounting, Financial Analysis, AP, GPC, or DFAS.
• Able to analyze financial data using MS Office incl. PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial DEAMS FMO representative to deploying bases and briefing on DEAMS and deployment plans.
• Assist with base Site Profile distribution and data collection; analyze data and participate in site visits.
• Support DEAMS end users in registration and training; facilitate user setup and roles.
• Coordinate training activities with bases and manage deployment checklists.
• Provide targeted training and data-driven support via phone, video, webinar, or on-site visits.
• Collect deployment metrics and assist with change management activities.
• Support Discoveries/Lessons Learned activities at deployed bases.
