Job summary

Tiara Yachts in Southeast Florida seeks a Dealer Support Technician to back strategic service partnerships for Tiara owners. You will work alongside dealer technicians to diagnose and resolve complex issues, elevate technical capability, and deliver best-in-class support with speed and care.

You'll mentor, train, and contribute to continuous improvement while assisting with pre-delivery inspections and cross-functional collaboration with Holland-based teams to drive root-cause resolution and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of marine service experience.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical, electrical and marine systems.
• Able to train and mentor dealer technicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of advanced marine system issues.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians to promote hands-on learning and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with pre-delivery inspections (PDI) for large/complex Tiara models and ensure quality standards.
• Partner with Holland-based teams to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
