Job summary

Tiara Yachts in Southeast Florida is seeking a Dealer Support Technician to elevate service for Tiara owners. You'll diagnose complex marine systems, lead hands-on repairs, and train dealer technicians to raise capabilities and faster resolutions.

Working closely with the Holland-based teams, you will help deliver best-in-class support, assist with pre-delivery inspections, and drive continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, and onboard vessel systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of marine service experience.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical, electrical, and marine systems.
• Experience with, or willingness to obtain, certifications in Mercury V12, Seakeeper, Garmin, generators, HVAC.
• Proven ability to train and mentor others.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of advanced marine technical issues.
• Perform high-complexity repairs and troubleshooting.
• Support rapid-response service and urgent issues.
• Mentor dealer technicians and transfer knowledge.
• Assist with pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks.
• Collaborate with Holland-based teams to resolve root causes.
