Job summary

A relationship specialist with AFC Automotive Finance Corporation helps dealers by providing floorplanning financing and nurturing ongoing relationships. You will work with current and prospective customers to grow AFC revenue while balancing risk.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of customer-facing or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable traveling 50–75% within their market.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Proficient in using CRM tools to manage relationships and work queues.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and risk in a financing context.

Responsibilities

• Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations and make decisions with little oversight.
• Develop understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
• Grow portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts.
• Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts; drive new growth opportunities.
• Support a culture of helping others succeed and grow in their role.
