Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Dealer Financial Review & Examination Manager to conduct on-site financial reviews of automobile dealerships across the U.S.

You will analyze cash flow and liquidity, assess working capital, and prepare comprehensive field reports for leadership across risk and credit teams. The role requires extensive travel and strong communication with senior management, aiming to safeguard portfolio quality and strengthen credit governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial credit or risk oversight experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA, CFE or CFA a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for on-site reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site financial reviews of dealership borrowers.
• Assess cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and balance sheet integrity.
• Prepare field examination and credit review reports.
• Support risk grading and decisions with independent analysis.
• Collaborate with Commercial Risk, Credit, and Legal while maintaining independence.
