Job summary
Honeywell is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance, configuration, and upgrades of Experion PKS and related Honeywell control systems. You will travel regionally, install and commission upgrades, and migrate legacy systems while ensuring minimal disruption to customers' processes.
The role requires a technical engineering degree, 5+ years of field service experience, and a valid driver's license, with substantial travel and strong communication skills to liaise with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of related Field Service Engineering work experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of Honeywell DCS.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical and administrative DCS issues.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware, networks, and software (Experion PKS, LCN, TPS).
- Upgrade software on live control systems with minimal process interruption.
- Migrate legacy Honeywell control systems to new technology offerings.
- Develop the skills of other engineers through guidance and on‑the‑job supervision.
- Travel and interface with customers at all levels to ensure satisfaction.
