Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Field Service Engineer to support Honeywell HPS applications at customer sites in the Houston area. You will perform maintenance, configuration, upgrades, and migrations of complex Honeywell control systems and build strong relationships with customers.

The role requires 3+ years in the field with Honeywell DCS, EPKS/TPN experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel up to 75% and potential after-hours work are typical aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field experience supporting Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (EPKS/TPN).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent; L3 Honeywell DCS Certifications or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with Experion PKS hardware & software, plus LCN/UCN and PC/Networking.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with customers at their site.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for Honeywell HPS applications at customer locations.
• Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migrations of DCS.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer representatives; provide first-response technical support.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers and industry peers.
• Travel up to 75% and possibly work off-hours, weekends, or holidays.
