Qualifikationen

• > Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 6 years of experience with distributed control system architecture including controllers, HMIs, and field devices.
• > 6 years of experience with PLC and SCADA control logics, loop tuning; understanding TCP, firewalls, remote access and VLANs; troubleshoot, analyze system logs and diagnose faults; Windows domain controller; Installation and upgrade of software on live systems; Experion PKS knowledge; Preoperatory tools such as Diagnostic capture Tool, Control Builder, Configuration Studio, Enabled service; C300 Controllers; Field Interface module; Controller I/Os; PGM (Profibus Gateway Module) and field experience.

Aufgaben

• Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC (Global Technical Assistance Center) and other audit checklists for Experion system.
• Facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Report out to regional stakeholders, work closely with the global team.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues.
• Maintain strong case documentation and follow up with Assurance 360 Performance Managers to ensure that technical recommendations resolve customer issues.
• Support A360 Performance Managers to enable remote solutions at customer sites ensuring PSC value is demonstrated with each deliverable.
• Enable services installation and migration.
• System maintenance and reporting incident avoidance cases.
• Generating knowledge articles.
• Monitor Enabled services alerts.
• Data collections for Experion audits.
• Conduct audits.
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues.
• Missing data validation in Enabled services dashboard.
• Review audits reports with performance manager and customer.
• Maintaining the RAIL for action items.
• Updating the Asset lifecycle management.
• Delivering priority notifications to customers and performance managers.
• Phase note: Focus on DCS and Experion PKS; preventing unplanned outages via audits and proactive support.
• Engineering roles related to control systems like automation, reliability, or control system engineering.
