Job summary

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate, Debt Capital Markets to drive debt sourcing, structuring, and lender relationships for a growing national industrial portfolio. The role supports acquisition, construction and permanent financing, working with Acquisitions, Asset Management and Finance leadership to optimize capital structure.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of debt capital markets, real estate finance, or commercial banking experience.
Demonstrated track record sourcing and closing debt financings across acquisition, construction/bridge and permanent financing.
Established relationships with banks, insurers, debt funds, or brokers.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, negotiating and closing debt financings for acquisitions, construction/bridge and permanent financing.
Support debt strategy, leverage, terms, and flexibility with portfolio growth objectives.
Maintain lender relationships and monitor debt markets to inform financing decisions.
Coordinate due diligence and closing logistics with lenders and internal teams.
Represent the debt capital markets function in internal/external discussions and reporting.
