Accenture is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive end-to-end distribution center transformations. You will bring deep WMS expertise, with Manhattan Active WM at the core, and lead multi-vendor integrations across automation, IT, and operations. You will engage C-suite stakeholders to align strategy and delivery across complex programs.

This role requires 60–80% travel across the United States, with a focus on large DC projects, WMS implementation, and warehouse automation deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, DC ops, or tech delivery.
• 8+ years leading large-scale WMS implementations and DC automation programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end DC transformation programs from strategy through go-live and stabilization.
• Oversee multiple workstreams (WMS, automation, IT, facilities, labor readiness).
• Own WMS lifecycle for Manhattan Active WM; design, configure, and cutover.
• Integrate automation with WMS/WCS/WES and optimize throughput and labor models.
• Manage program plans, budgets, risks, RAID, and executive escalation.
• Develop client relationships at CSCO/VP level and mentor junior staff.
