BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Sr. Safety Lead for the Distribution Center to drive a strong safety culture and coach team members in safe work practices.

You will develop and implement safety programs, lead onboarding and quarterly trainings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and BJ’s standards across the DC.

This role requires flexibility in shifts, a detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset, and contributes to a team recognized for safety excellence and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and implement safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment in compliance with OSHA and BJ's standards.
• Help establish safety goals, onboard new team members, and lead quarterly safety training initiatives.
• Conduct safety trainings and coach team members on daily safe work practices.
• Coordinate safety audits/inspections and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of current OSHA regulations and communicate changes to the team.
