Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Need to have strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for new hires and temporary associates.
• Develop and implement training plans with the Department Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure training aligns with safety policies and procedures; conduct audits as needed.
