DHL eCommerce is seeking an Operations Manager in Ohio, Stow, to oversee major DC functions during a shift and help implement the business plan while maintaining cost efficiency.

You will lead Supervisors and hourly staff, drive performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across our distribution center. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in a supervisory role are required; Lean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
• 5 years in a supervisory/management role required.
• Experience with MS Office; excellent Excel skills.
• Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, quality, and transportation to optimize profitability.
• Coach Operations Supervisors and hourly staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations in a timely, effective manner.
• Maintain staff morale and high retention.
• Develop weekly operations plans to process customer volume promptly.
• Coordinate safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
