Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Database Engineer with active TS/SCI clearance to support USAF missions. You will analyze, design, and implement database solutions and architectures, including PostgreSQL and Enterprise DB, while developing requirements and automated scripts.

The role requires at least 10 years of experience, a bachelor's degree (master's may substitute for 2 years), and the ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time. This is a remote position with security clearances as a must-have.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly; active clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's may substitute for 2 years.
• 10 years overall experience in the functional area including database dev and software engineering.
• 5 years' experience with Enterprise DB and 7 years with PostgreSQL.
• Must have DCWF Job Code: 421 Advanced certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and define requirements; develop functional models and architectures.
• Develop procedures and architecture for database solutions in a multi-tier environment.
• Create and maintain automated installation scripts.
• Travel to sites 10–20% of the time.
