Job summary

Nscale, a leading AI infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Workflow Engineer to design, build, and own data infrastructure, applications, and workflows powering our operating model. This senior, hands‑on role influences Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Commercial, People, and Operations, shaping enterprise data solutions used by executives and datacenter teams alike.

You will define enterprise data roadmaps, architect Palantir Foundry solutions, and ensure teams from the C‑suite to the data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, workflow engineering, analytics engineering, or enterprise application development in fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data and application roadmap end to end, from use‑case discovery through architecture, rollout, and adoption.
• Design and implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modelling, workflow automation, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into durable technical solutions.
• Manage canonical data models, ontologies, RBAC, access frameworks, and governance patterns.
• Integrate operational, infrastructure, commercial, financial, and AI systems into a unified data fabric.
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, enablement, and self‑service tooling.
• Contribute to Palantir Center of Excellence with platform standards and best practices.
