Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Workflow Engineer to design, build, and own the data infrastructure, applications, and workflows that power our AI‑driven operating model. This senior, hands‑on role influences Infrastructure, Product, Finance, and more, delivering trusted data for decision making from executives to the datacenter floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, workflow engineering, analytics engineering, or enterprise application development in fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; comfortable with Git-based development workflows; able to build production-quality systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Palantir Foundry data pipelines, ontology-backed applications, workflow tooling, and governed data products.
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into shipped, adopted products and to operate across all organizational levels.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data and application roadmap end to end from discovery to architecture and adoption.
• Design and implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, workflow automation, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to document workflows and translate requirements into durable technical solutions.
• Manage canonical data models, RBAC, access frameworks, and governance patterns for secure, self-service data use.
• Integrate operational, infrastructure, commercial, financial, and AI systems into a unified data fabric.
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, enablement, and self-service tooling.
• Contribute to Palantir Center of Excellence with platform standards and best-practice development.
