Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Workflow Engineer to design, build, and own the data infrastructure, applications, and workflows that power our operating model. You will influence across Infrastructure, Product, Finance, and executive teams, defining data solutions in Palantir Foundry to enable trusted, governed decision-making.

This role requires turning complex business needs into scalable, production‑grade data products and ensuring adoption across the organization, from executives to datacenter

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering in fast-moving environments.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript; comfortable with Git-based workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, data pipelines, and governed data products.
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into shipped, adopted products.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Focus on data quality, governance, usability, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data and application roadmap end to end from use-case discovery to adoption.
• Design and implement standards for data ingestion, workflows, semantic modelling, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to document workflows and translate needs.
• Manage canonical data models, RBAC, access frameworks, and governance patterns.
• Integrate operational, infrastructure, commercial, financial, and AI systems into a unified data fabric.
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, and self-service tooling.
• Contribute to Palantir Center of Excellence with platform standards and patterns.
