Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Workflow Builder to design, build, and own the data infrastructure and workflows that power its operations in Bellevue, WA. You’ll define the roadmap, architect solutions across Palantir Foundry, and ensure teams make decisions backed by the right data in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

You’ll work across Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Commercial, People, and Operations to distill complex inputs into production-grade data systems, enabling scalable decision making

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering across fast-moving environments.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript; experienced with Git.
• Hands-on experience deploying and building in Palantir Foundry.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous briefs into shipped, adopted products.
• Comfortable working across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enterprise data and application roadmap, from use-case identification through to production rollout.
• Implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and governance across analytics systems.
• Manage canonical data models, ontologies, RBAC, and access frameworks.
• Integrate operational and AI systems into a unified data fabric, with feedback loops to track performance and reliability.
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, and self-service tooling.
• Contribute to the internal Palantir Center of Excellence, including vendor engagement.

About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape the operating system for a high‑growth AI infrastructure company, spanning functions across Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Commercial, People, and Operations. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — distilling the most valuable workflows from complex inputs and translating them into production‑grade systems that scale.

What You'll Do

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job‑related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range: $140,000 USD - $240,000 USD
