Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. seeks a data development professional to drive front-end website updates and robust data structures for large project teams. You will translate diverse data into actionable metrics and dashboards supporting Maui’s recovery and climate resilience goals.

You will collaborate with the Data and Systems Team to ensure efficient data flows, timely reporting, and scalable solutions across multiple programs while aligning with governance and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related data management and full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in SQL Studio Manager, PHP, HTML, Java, C#, and Microsoft Access is expected.
• Experience with web-driven database development and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: consolidate project data to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Database Development: build backend structures to support website updates and new data needs.
• Internal Data Metrics: blend data from multiple sources to improve forecasting and reporting.
• External Data Metrics: support status updates through data integration and visualization.
• Flexibly perform additional assignments as needs evolve.
