Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is advancing Maui’s resilient recovery with a DC3, Program Controls leadership role. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects and drive governance, reporting, and performance improvements for public and private clients.

You will plan, monitor, and optimize cost, schedule, and risk across programs, partnering with County leadership and partners to promote transparent decision-making and sustainable infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in project management with multiple years in program or project controls.
• Experience delivering large, complex programs on time and within budget.
• Degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Leads program controls assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Advices clients using our program management services for optimal solutions.
• Manages planning, delivery, and closeout across lifecycle phases.
• Develops and executes program controls plans and measures progress.
• Monitors cost, schedule variances and forecasts, reporting findings.
• Resolves issues and aligns cost control, planning, and estimating.
