Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Management, to support the GSARA team in Racine, WI. The role focuses on building and maintaining data-driven tools for regulatory compliance and new product development, collaborating with IT/BPT and cross-functional partners.

You will design systems, manage data integrity, and deliver analytics to enable regulatory initiatives and NPD strategies. This is a full-time onsite role with weekly remote flexibility for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Software Development, System Administration, Data Management or Reporting.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse/Fabric or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain information systems for GSARA operations, incl. PowerApp and SharePoint solutions.
• Maintain a backlog of enhancements and deliver system improvements.
• Develop and update training materials for system changes.
• Mentor Global and Local GSARA team members on system usage.
• Manage system access requests and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Generate usage/ adoption metrics and share insights to drive adoption.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support GSARA operations.
