SC Johnson in Racine, Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Associate, Data Management, Systems and Analytics, Delivery Systems to build and maintain data-driven tools that support regulatory and product development efforts. You will work with GSARA, IT/BPT, and cross-functional teams to enable data insights and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities include designing information systems, creating PowerApps and SharePoint solutions, building dashboards, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years of professional experience in Software Development / System Administration / Data Management / Reporting.
• Experience with building reports and dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse/Fabric or similar.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain information systems as the digital foundation for GSARA operations.
• Develop and maintain PowerApp solutions, SharePoint-based solutions and 3rd party SaaS applications.
• Create dashboards and reports; generate metrics on usage and adoption.
• Mentor and train team members; manage system access requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for regulatory compliance and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with regulatory requirements.
