SC Johnson is hiring a Freight Payment Analyst in Racine, WI. You will ensure timely payment of supplier invoices tied to SCJ freight, analyze data to drive improvements, and support period-end closes. The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 2 years in supply chain, with US work authorization.

You’ll liaison with auditors, resolve billing issues, and help manage budgeting, reporting, and process documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s Degree required and 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Act as a primary liaison between SCJ and external A/P auditors.
• Resolve payment issues and open A/R balances with suppliers.
• Improve no-touch transaction percentage by ensuring accurate billing info via EDI.
• Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and remedy freight payment issues.
• Oversee timely investigation and resolution of billing exceptions and payment terms.
• Support period-end close activities including open invoices and accruals.
• Assist with transportation budgeting and supplier claims process.
• Create and maintain process documentation for invoice settlement.
• Maintain payment reports by mode, carrier, and direction.
