Job summary

SC Johnson in Racine, Wisconsin, is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Management, Systems & Analytics, Delivery Systems, to shape how data, systems, analytics, automation, and AI enable GSARA operations. You will partner with Global and Regional teams, IT, R&D, and cross-functional partners to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions.

You will drive governance, design, and adoption of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, build reporting capabilities, and lead change

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in software/data-related areas.
• Experience leading design and delivery of business systems, data solutions, analytics or digital capabilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions and challenge requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving adoption of new technologies.
• Experience with reporting/analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse/Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, design, and lifecycle management of GSARA information systems and digital solutions.
• Prioritize system enhancements based on value, risk, feasibility and GSARA priorities; govern data & systems.
• Translate GSARA business needs to technology capabilities and identify simplifications or automation.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to address business challenges and unlock opportunities.
• Drive digital capability building and change management across GSARA; enable adoption.
• Establish metrics for system performance, adoption, and business value; drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional tech initiatives with Global/Regional GSARA, IT, and partners.
• Build reporting/analytics capabilities to support leadership decisions and data quality.
