Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of healthcare clinical or revenue-cycle systems experience in lieu of a degree.
• Three years of hands-on EHR/Practice Management system admin, configuration, or analyst work in healthcare.
• Experience supporting both clinical and financial workflows (scheduling, charge capture, claims, patient collections).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build and reconcile reports and data.
• Direct ModMed EMA and Practice Management administration experience; ModMed implementation or super user preferred.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-state, or PE-backed physician groups; EHR migrations experience.

Responsibilities

• System Administration and Configuration for ModMed EMA and Practice Management across all practices.
• Invoice and data integrity oversight; build and maintain configurations, standards, and templates.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, and post-release validation with practices.
• Provide escalation support for ModMed issues and manage vendor cases.
• Lead implementations for acquisitions, including data migration validation, testing, and go-live.
• Develop and deliver training materials and role-based training for staff.
• Ensure data integrity and reproducible reporting across practices.
• Document report logic and data definitions for auditable BI outputs.
