Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own the end-to-end analytics framework for its clinician workforce. You will oversee data from recruiting through onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing performance to impact patient retention and care quality.

You will build predictive models, dashboards, and insights that drive operational efficiency, clinician scheduling, and provider performance, partnering with Clinical and Talent teams.
