Job summary

Ascend Aesthetic Partners seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join our Atlanta-based team. You will support ModMed EMA and Practice Management across multiple locations, focusing on data integrity, reporting, training, and implementation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on EHR/PM experience, strong SQL/BI skills, and a collaborative mindset to enable operational excellence across practices and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or five years healthcare clinical or revenue-cycle systems experience in lieu of a degree.
• Three years of hands-on EHR/Practice Management system administration, configuration, or analyst experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting both clinical and financial workflows (scheduling, charge capture, claims, patient collections).

Responsibilities

• System Administration and Configuration: administer ModMed EMA and Practice Management across all practices; manage user provisioning, roles, SSO, and access audits.
• Support and Issue Management: serve as escalation point for ModMed issues; maintain issues list; coordinate with vendors.
• Implementation and Acquisition Integration: lead ModMed implementations; manage data migration validation; coordinate interfaces.
• Reporting, Analytics, and Data Integrity: build and validate reports; align KPIs; ensure clean data across practices.
• Training and Enablement: develop training materials; deliver role-based training; support go-lives.
• Compliance and Documentation: maintain system docs; support HIPAA access reviews.
