Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and own the analytics framework for the clinician workforce, from recruiting through credentialing to ongoing performance and patient retention. You will own data ecosystems spanning recruiting funnels, onboarding, licensing, and clinician performance, with a focus on SLA, EMR/NLP analytics, and impact on retention and NPS.

The role collaborates with Clinical Leadership, Quality, Talent, and Product, delivering executive dashboards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics delivering high-impact operational/workforce insights.
• Healthcare experience preferred (Digital Health/Telehealth/Health Ops).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end analytical framework for clinician workforce lifecycle.
• Design performance scorecards for SLA and clinical quality metrics.
• Develop transcript/text analytics to quantify empathy and patient rapport.
• Create executive dashboards to inform clinician compensation, training, and workflows.
