Job summary

SAIC is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Program Data & Systems Analyst to support a large managed services program. The role focuses on operational data analysis, reporting, ServiceNow, advanced Excel, executive-level PowerPoint development, and SharePoint information management.

The successful candidate will reconcile data across sources, investigate workflow issues, and deliver polished, repeatable solutions with limited direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program operations, operational reporting, data analysis, or IT service management.
• Experience working independently with operational data and enterprise systems to solve complex reporting problems.
• CJIS background check clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Analyze records and workflows in ServiceNow; generate reports and dashboards.
• Validate and report on operational data across program sources for accurate management reporting.
• Identify data inconsistencies and process issues; propose corrective actions.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and management summaries.
• Organize program information in SharePoint/M365 with proper permissions and version control.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide analytical support for high-priority activities, risks, and management actions.
