Job summary

SiloSmashers is seeking a Data Analyst to support a federal customer on a large cybersecurity, engineering, and PMO program. The role combines ServiceNow platform support with operational data analysis to improve IT service delivery, data quality, reporting, and stakeholder decision-making.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer versions and SharePoint Designer, HTML, and Javascript.
• 8+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
• 2+ years of experience using Nintex Workflows.
• 8+ years of experience consulting clients on SharePoint solutions and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• 8+ years of experience with System testing and User Acceptance Testing

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems including and integrating with ServiceNow on-premises.
• Analyze data from Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and related ITSM processes to identify trends and improvements.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, performance analytics, and data extracts to support metrics and leadership reporting.
• Support day-to-day ServiceNow/Data operations, including user support, triage, issue investigation, and defect resolution.
• Validate data quality, reconcile records across integrated systems, and document data definitions, rules, and reporting logic.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reports, dashboards, or configuration enhancements.
• Support testing and deployment activities across dev/test/prod environments; document results and release readiness.
• Assist with administration activities such as roles and groups, user access, catalog content, and platform configuration.
• Document SOPs, configurations, data flows, and training materials; train users and staff on ServiceNow usage.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement by leveraging metrics and feedback.
• Work with staff to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Server 2013/2016 and SQL server environments, including front-end, index, and search servers.
• Support ServiceNow environment components including site administration, training, backup, and performance analysis.
• Help design future ServiceNow environments and verify SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with teams to translate engineering efforts into test/dev and production environments.
• Support training of staff on ServiceNow administration and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop configuration documentation for server and ServiceNow environments, including integrations to other systems.
