Job summary

SAIC is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Program Data & Systems Analyst to support a large managed services program. This role focuses on operational data analysis, reporting, ServiceNow, Excel, executive-level PowerPoint development, and SharePoint-based information management.

The successful candidate will reconcile data from multiple sources, identify discrepancies, and deliver polished, executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience in technical program operations, operational reporting, data analysis, IT service management, or similar work.
Demonstrated experience working independently with operational data and enterprise systems to solve complex reporting or process problems.
Experience supporting complex programs or managed-services environments preferred.
Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a CJIS Background check.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
Work within ServiceNow to analyze records, workflows, and reports.
Analyze, reconcile, validate, and report on operational data from ServiceNow and other sources.
Identify data inconsistencies and reporting anomalies; investigate root causes.
