CapTech Consulting is seeking an seasoned data & analytics leader to guide client engagements, shape data strategy, and drive scalable information architectures. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and delivery teams to craft practical, insight-driven solutions that align with client roadmaps, balancing technical leadership with mentoring and business impact.

The role emphasizes leading large teams, delivering across cloud platforms, and promoting data governance and quality

Qualifications

• 14+ years of leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years of experience implementing a wide variety of on-premises and cloud data management platforms and technologies.
• Proven track record of assessing traditional and modern data architectures based on business needs in a consultative approach.
• Experience with the modern data stack/platform technologies, products, and approaches.
• Delivery experience on multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep background with integrations and transformations of numerous types of data sources, and the solution delivery of real-time data distribution (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Flink), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firebase), and warehousing platforms.
• History of conducting/implementing strategic data assessments, data governance frameworks, and data quality measurements.
• 5+ years of scoping technical engagements within consulting services

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide data and analytics consulting, mentoring teams and interfacing with client tech and business leaders.
• Translate vague concepts into actionable insights and maximize client data value.
• Improve data integration and data quality to support business roadmaps.
• Assess and advocate data management technologies and practices.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and ensure client requirements are met.
• Mentor and develop team members and influence skill growth.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to estimate work plans and staffing.
• Support internal CapTech initiatives while leading client engagements.
