CapTech is a leading technology consulting firm helping clients unlock value from their data. This senior leadership role guides data and analytics delivery, interfaces with client CTOs and business leaders, and mentors project teams to elevate capabilities across on-premises and cloud platforms.

You will shape data architectures, drive modern data stack adoption, oversee real-time data workflows, and partner with portfolio teams to scope work and optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 14+ years leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data platforms.
• Consultative data architecture assessment experience.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies.
• Delivery on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on data integrations and real-time data distribution.
• 5+ years scoping technical engagements in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with client technology and business leaders, providing technical and project leadership.
• Lead and mentor consultants, coach teams, and develop capabilities.
• Assess and articulate architectural trade-offs across solutions.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to estimate work plans and talent needs.
• Support solution delivery while enabling CapTech internal initiatives.
• Drive data strategy, governance, and data quality objectives for client engagements.
