CapTech is seeking a Data Architect to align client data goals with modern technology stacks and delivery practices. You will shape data architecture and governance, lead data engineering teams, and partner with stakeholders to maximize business value.

Ideal candidates have deep experience with cloud services, real-time data streaming, NoSQL and data warehouse platforms, and the ability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing with a variety of on-premises and cloud data management, integration, visualization, and analytical technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in the design and implementation of modern data architectures and concepts such as cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Advanced proficiency in end-to-end data architecture solutions including ingestion, storage and relational modeling using SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and advocating data management technologies and practices eliminating gaps between current state and future state.
• Interpreting and delivering strategic plans improving data integration, quality, and delivery for business initiatives.
• Leading teams of data engineers through design, implementation and best practices.
