Blueprint is seeking a Principal Data Lead to drive data strategy, governance, quality, and coordination across a complex federal healthcare data environment. You will ensure reliable, discoverable data and oversee data engineering, metadata, and lineage across multiple domains.

You will collaborate with data owners, product and engineering teams, and program stakeholders to translate objectives into clear standards and roadmaps, delivering measurable outcomes.
