Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Data Strategy Analyst to drive media reporting and measurement initiatives for client accounts. You will analyze marketing performance data, deliver insight-driven reports, and contribute to frameworks aligned with client objectives.

The role requires cross-channel expertise, analytics skill, and the ability to manage reporting workstreams with internal teams. Experience with pharma marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or media analytics, including experience analyzing pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional media performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Tableau for reporting.
• Familiarity with pharma measurement tools such as Crossix and ability to interpret outputs for clients.
• Working knowledge of tagging systems and campaign performance datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting with accuracy, clarity, and alignment to client KPIs.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support the development and refinement of measurement frameworks.
• Partner with Strategy, Media, Client Services, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting outputs.
• Contribute to Tableau dashboard builds and reporting automation initiatives.
• Assist in integrating advanced analytics outputs (e.g., attribution, incrementality, MMM) into client reporting.
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities within campaign data.
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs and proactively communicate risks or blockers.
