Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Solutions Analyst within the Corporate Data and Analytics Services team to design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions across the Corporate Technology organization.

You will lead end-to-end data initiatives, including the Corporate Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Entitlements, and Data Quality frameworks, while collaborating with engineering teams, senior stakeholders, and Chief Data Officers to ensure high-quality, accessible data assets.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in solutions analysis with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering technology programs with regulator reporting obligations.
• Ability to run a structured demand intake and prioritization model across multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory technology programs with audit-ready controls.
• Own intake model across senior stakeholders, publishing a predictable roadmap.
• Drive on-time milestone delivery with agile teams and manage dependencies.
• Influence resources from cross-functional teams and negotiate scope with senior leadership.
• Shape platform direction using metadata management, data lineage, and governance standards.
• Analyze usage signals, diagnose adoption blockers, and drive enterprise adoption.
