Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Data Solutions & Analytics Lead to build scalable data models and manage data solutions that streamline reporting and automate processes. You will work with stakeholders to define problems, translate needs into requirements, and deliver production-ready analytics from large datasets.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, collaborate with finance, technology, and product teams, and explore AI/ML use cases to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least four years of experience in data analytics, product development, or project management (financial services preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with one or more analytics, visualization, or engineering tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, R).
• Experience building data models and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models that integrate complex datasets for scalable analytics.
• Analyze data using SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx or similar tools to uncover insights.
• Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirements and stakeholder updates.
• Write clear business requirements and translate needs into delivery plans.
• Partner with product, operations, technology, and finance teams to align solutions with goals.
• Build data applications and data products from concept to adoption.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML to improve decisions and workflows.
• Establish and promote analytics standards and best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Improve data access through self-service and trusted datasets.
