Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Sr Data Solutions Analyst to design and implement SQL/Python pipelines, Snowflake models, and Power BI dashboards that power enterprise planning, forecasting, and budgeting for USRM. You’ll own the technical vision and work with stakeholders across IT, finance, marketing, and distribution.

You will design data solutions, mentor junior analysts, and lead improvements in data processes and reporting infrastructure in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Master's in same or related disciplines strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including ETL, NoSQL, Java, scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL/Python-based data pipelines, models, and dashboards for enterprise planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Own the technical architecture and design decisions for assigned data solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel to implement system enhancements and new enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement data-driven solutions that increase process efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions through testing and UAT.
