Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Senior Data Solutions Analyst to design SQL/Python pipelines, Snowflake models, and Power BI dashboards that power enterprise planning, forecasting, and budgeting for USRM. You will own the technical vision, working hands-on with stakeholders across IT, finance, marketing, and distribution.

The role includes mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and maintain SQL/Python-based data pipelines, models, and dashboards for enterprise planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Own the technical architecture and design decisions for data solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel to implement system enhancements and new enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement data-driven solutions that increase process efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate solutions through testing and UAT.
• Analyze data sources to identify gaps in accuracy, latency, and reliability; mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL/Python-based data pipelines, models, and dashboards that support enterprise planning, forecasting, and budgeting solutions
• Own the technical architecture and design decisions for assigned data solutions, from requirements through deployment
• Manage multiple projects in parallel to implement system enhancements and new enterprise application solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative, data-driven solutions that increase process efficiency
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, and validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
• Lead continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure
• Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation, and lead end-user training
• Perform monthly data load and validation for book close; develop automated and AI solutions to drive efficiencies.
